1. Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to the special nature of lighting products (such as customization, fragility, hygiene and safety issues, etc.), we currently do not accept any form of return or refund, including but not limited to:
    Unopened or used goods;
    Returns or exchanges due to the customer’s subjective reasons (such as color or size not meeting expectations);
    Special offer items in the promotion event.
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence (such as order number, problem photos/videos)
    Transportation damage: The goods are damaged or malfunction during the distribution process;
    Wrong shipment: The actual received goods are seriously inconsistent with the order description.
    We will provide you with a replacement or partial compensation depending on the situation (the original item must be returned).
