1. Shipping region and delivery time
    Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Italy.
    Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the order review, quality inspection and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (customized products may take longer and will be notified separately).
    Transportation time: International transportation time varies by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 20 working days (excluding customs clearance time).
  2. Freight calculation
    The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight, size and destination, and the final amount is displayed at checkout.
    Free shipping offer: Free standard delivery is available for orders within Italy over [99] euros (subject to promotion period).
  3. Logistics tracking
    After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the status of your package through the official website of the carrier (such as DHL, UPS).
    If you do not receive your package by the expected delivery time, please check the logistics information or contact our transportation team.
  4. Customs and Taxes
    International orders may incur import duties, value-added taxes and other charges, which shall be borne by the recipient. The specific fees are subject to the local customs policies.
    We are unable to pay taxes and fees in advance. It is recommended to consult the local customs department before placing an order.
  5. Delayed or lost packages
    If the package is delayed or lost due to the carrier’s reasons, we will assist you in contacting the logistics company to claim compensation.
    For transportation issues not caused by our responsibility (such as incorrect address, refusal to accept, etc.), we will not be responsible for the cost of the second shipment.
